 If necessary arrangements may also be made for re-sitting examinations by candidates without having to repeat entire courses; however there would be a small additional charge to do this to cover the cost of buying another examination from the awarding body.  Please note there are time limitations for resists.

Each course lasts between 6 and 24 hours for learning purposes (this compares to online and classroom-based training and enables students to then take a recognized examination leading to certification). However, some learners may find they progress through the course more quickly.

Certificates are sent via email directly to the “main contact” who booked you on the course. Upon receipt of details from the awarding body of your result, we will instantly email your digital certificate and results information which could be delayed if the invoice has not been paid in full but just in case you can download it from our website and print your certificate when you log into student portal.
